Description

The RadarLoadHardware function loads the hardware information for the radar network.

The hardware files are assumed to be located in the directory given by the argument hdwpath. The argument ptr is a pointer to a structure containing the information for the entire network and must be populated prior to calling this function.

Returns
Returns zero on success. On error, (-1) is returned.
Errors
On error, (-1) is returned.
