Description

The OldFitInxHeaderWrite function writes a header record to an index file of a fit data file.

The header is written to the file with the descriptor given by the argument inxfd.

The argument prm is a pointer to the radar parameter block associated with the fit data.

Returns
Returns zero on success. On error, (-1) is returned.
Errors
On error, (-1) is returned.
