Description

The CFitRead function reads a record from a cFit data file.

The data is read from the open file pointed to by the argument ptr. The data is decoded and used to populate the structure pointed to by the argument ptr.

Returns
Returns zero on success. On error, (-1) is returned.
Errors
On error, (-1) is returned.
