PostScriptRotateMatrix

Description

The PostScriptRotateMatrix function rotates a transformation matrix.

The matrix to rotate is pointed to by the argument ptr. The angle in degrees to rotate the matrix is given by the argument angle.

Returns
Returns zero on success. On error, (-1) is returned.
Errors
On error, (-1) is returned.
