Description
	The `FrameBufferSavePPMX` function saves a frame buffer as an extended Portable PixMap (PPMX) to an open stream. The argument ptr points to the structure containing the frame buffer. The extended Portable PixMap is written to the open stream pointed to by the argument fp.
Returns
	Returns zero on success. On error, (-1) is returned.
Errors
	On error, (-1) is returned.
